World Book Day 2020
  • Events

From Harry Potter, Princess Fiona and Dorothy to The Woman in Black, The Great Gatsby and Memoirs of a Geisha... that was just the teachers!

This year for World Book Day students came together to celebrate by taking part in a Book Swap. They donated their pre-loved books to the school library and were able to take a swapped book home in return.

Teachers came in dressed as their favourite authors or characters and read their favourite novel extracts during the whole school assembly.

Year 10 students took part in a Macbeth drama workshop at GAMPA in the afternoon. There was also a book raffle taking place in the school library with many fantastic prizes to win!

What a magical day!
